Working with DISCOVER entailing ideas like Review & Research, Interviews, Observations, Workshop Sessions, and coming up with something like a “Strategic Vision Story”. Doing this work initially with the team and the client and users to establish a strong foundation for design and development interations.

Working to emphasize a “story” concept at the start with the vision and working it through to User Stories, i.e. Use Cases, and trying to use that Vision Story and User Stories as the user-centered backbone for the UX design and development team to come back to. Rather than having the User Personas be key, seeking to utilize a more “practical” mode of expression for interaction and behaviors through story.
